Not sure to be completely honest. The BepInEx logs may show you a unique ID which you can set as the filename for your online manager, assuming it's just using the manager.png now.

 

For anyone playing an online career with friends, Bepinex as recommended above works. create a file for another other managers & rename the png with the unique ID number eg 2002210626.png

Not sure if it is suppose to affect the comparisons page as stated it works everywhere, but I’m when comparing two players it shows the attribute values rather than the visualiser. is it possible to show the visualiser on this page? 
 

Thank you for file, it’s a real game changer as a whole.

Playing an online save with a friend. Manager photo is showing as me for both our managers. Anyone know a way around this?
