#455107 Ex-Soviet Countries Journeyman Save
FMtheAussieWay
Started with lowest level of coaching badges and player experience.
The plan is to get them financially solvent and performing well quickly.
Will seek affiliates from same country if possible with better training or youth facilities.
Club does not want an affiliate club.
I will only use the Senior Team and Under 23 team and pull all other players into one of those teams or loan them out.
Board allowed me to mutual terminate staff, so did so for all the 2nd and U/18 sides and then employed staff to fill Seniors and Under 23 team.
The club has a major financial problem with very little money.
Started in debt and even by loaning out and selling players in the First Transfer window (January February 2019) and being three thousand under wage budget the club was still hemorrhaging money.
Started in Relegation zone, right now with three games to go am six points above the relegation zone.
So, will be in same division next season, barring an incredible implode.
Have run with and 4 - 2 DM - 3 - 1 formation with in game change to 4 - 2 DM - 2 - 2 formation.
Had to load in players to fill the formation.
Found that under 20 players are not registered in the squad of 25.
So, have loaned a number once I worked this out and tried to buy a couple, unfortunately Ukraine talent is over priced because of this squad loo-pol.
Have found it difficult to find DMs in Ukraine.
But with reliance on scouts, players and Director of Football it is difficult to find the players for the formation.
So, yes I am trying to fit my team into my formation.
Long term want to get promoted with team and get some coaching badges (club needs to be solvent to do this, unfortunately).
May have to move on towards the end of the third season as club lack the financial power to match it with the big boys in the Ukraine Premier League.
