Hi everyone looking for bit of advice?

 

Every year in FM I have always created my own player in the game and given him ridiculous stats etc however in this years game I've noticed my guy gets tired constantly so fast on the attribute settings i've always given him

 

I've made work rate and teamwork under 10 now to try combat this and obv NatFitness 20 and Stamina 20 hes and AML inside fwrd btw but still every game is like in the red at half time 

 

Is there any other attributes I should have lower so hes not getting so exhausted or even any tactical position setting I should have enabled for him to help keep him fresher longer in games ?
