I feel like I'm just being silly here, but how do I get the the CA/PA changes file in the save? Is that the dynamic data files? I have all other files in at the moment.

Yeah - I use this for all my transfers and staff transfers basically, then I have a different file for new players. Obviously there's new players baked into the changes file now, which causes overlap

Is there a way to use the changes file without the young players that it added? I use another file for my new young players, and that causes overlap with a lot of players in the changes file here, but I can't use the changes file without the young players - is there a way to not have the young players added in the changes file?

Not sure why it's saying about a loan deal in the data update. Diomande now a permanent Rangers player

In the official tweet that it's an obligation to buy in the Summer. Widely known it's for ~£4.5mil, so should be a future transfer, he will be a Rangers player permanently in the Summer.

He has been added as an u19 coach, but Rangers don't have an u19 coach so he is wrongly a coach in-game after the update. Needs to be added as an u18 coach.

I believe you can download just this change on its own by clicking 'download' in blue under the proof section. It is also a part of the overall data update that you can download under the ‘data update’ section on this website. All the best!
