Downloaded the update and loaded the Israeli League and didn't see any changes from last season

That was really quick! by the way, where can i actually get the Promotions and Relegations file? or is it still like "Currently working on it " ?

Hapoel Kfar Saba and Hapoel Tel Aviv are now in the second Israeli Leauge when Maccabi Netanya and Hapoel Acre F.C are promoted to the First Leauge.

Hapoel Jerusalem and Maccabi Shea'arim are relegated from the Second Leauge : Jerusalem to Israeli A League North Division and Shea'arim to Israeli A League South Division.
Hapoel Hadera are promoted to the second Leauge and Hapoel Marmorek are promoted as well.

Can anything be done with that? :O
