in your profile check your shop orders it will show order status 

Shows 5th April 2020 as the latest, I can't see status for the purchase I made today.

@Footygamer Hi, I just purchased premium & money went out but orders on my profile don't show the purchase + neither when I try searching using my email. Any help?
