Hey  - I found the solution - first of all sorry for any wrong way of writing it 🙂
 

First thing, i notice is that in possesion and out of possesion  - the 3 midtfielder werent keeping ther position, might be tryinge to fix the issue to many times, but check it 🙂 go to tactics, and show both and adjust out of possesion, by dragging the players so its right 🙂
 

Now to the reason tha AM L and the Striker keeps change position 🙂
For some reason Josh made, the pre tactic he used, he made AM L to a striker and the Striker to AM L - the game dosent like this….
So what i did was, moving the striker in in position to any place on the field, that arent used - Moved the AM L to the Striker position and drag the the one, i moved to any position AM L.
I took a photo of both position in and out position, of both CFD anf AM L, before i dragged them, so i could set them up right. Remember to change Am L to IW in possesion and W out of pos. and the striker to CFD both in and out of pos.

Hope this gives sense - The tactic is a little messy - But it works wonders for me 😀

 

I could maybe upload the tactic - But it aint, mine - so taking credit, might not be completly fair 🙂

Got same problem, tried to ask Josh on youtube - but no answer. Its annoying, because you can go from victory, to losing the game……..
A shame because its a good tactic.
