The third (last) image has nothing to do with the 3d kits but 2d kits such as SS, FC'12 etc.The 3D kits will only be showing in the match engine so when your team plays games. or they show on the home screen of FM hanging up in the changing rooms

rename all the 3d kits to team1_3d or something like that update the config file to match resolves the issue
If you download the kits from contribute section they're named UID or if it's a pack batch they're named UID home 3d (_) etc
