There is only a few Italian teams in FM24 that are not fully licensed but the rest are which is why no pack has been done on here

It's an editor file that contains kit colour changes and or has added/removed a third kit if not available. It's used for new games but also FC12 has a kit colour changes that contains most of the leagues now.

staff is from what i know is done manually so grab the uid then assign images to staff etc
There must be something wrong on your end, if you have an old pack it could be using that first
this error is nothing to do with the original pack, have you tried system restart and or downloading this again? maybe use WinRAR program etc?
can you show the folder structure within that file path?
can you give more detail is the error filename, config or is error in design of the kit. if so can you supply some images etc.
What screen is that, also what is the UID for that person. If the screenshot is your manager profile then you have to self assign an image. The faces seems to be a skin issue? Have you followed the steps when installing graphics by untickin...
Feel free to download current version as all version files prior are included but vast majority are new images.

Some files in the pack are the same filename but the file extension is in caps for a couple of duplicates. Feel free to overwrite them
Yes that can be done but you need to make sure the file path is correct to images you want etc.
You have to self assign each member of staff to your own config its not automatic using newgan manager.

@Duracell.88 @zmaestromo @Plasticine Those additional fmf files are to be placed into the data folder and load on new games. they're edits that allow for third kits if not in FM or colour changes to match the kits in the packs.
