hey sorry to comment again but with changing the id numbers will that only work with new saves as well like i can change an id number of a team during the save or can i??

In response to changing a team and nation using the ID will it also work with a lower league English team if I did a tier 10 database and changed the ID NUMBER in England to a team in level 8 and lower would this still produce the wonderkids for me??
Can I change the teams to a different country for example if I wanted to change Sunderland to a team in Brazil could I change the Sunderland ID or does the notepad change only work for the same country
can i have more details on this please
could you do the same with a team in finland norway or sweden please or maybe even in scotland.
