Ye ive got latest win rar but dont know what to do once they are downloaded?

ive tried downloading but when they have downloaded it is saying no files to extract is there anything I need to do?
I have downloaded the prem ones so thanks for that but what about championship - National League I want these also is there anyway you can sort me a link to these as well please.
