It seems he has a file for CA and PA changes as well that includes new wonderkids. When using that with the CA/PA file from here, it essentially nullifies all attribute changes, so I'm simply not using that file from Dave now
Thanks for pointing that out. It seems the file was clashing with another one I previously had one from Daveincid's realism pack. The issue is sorted now. Cheers!

Generally, it seems like many EPL players haven't been upgraded. I glanced at City, Arsenal and Spurs players and many are lacking. Marmoush is the best good example of this. His stats are trash and he ends up being loaned out to the likes of Aston Villa.
@Footygamer Please help us mate. I’m desperate to return to the game for a fresh save but some of the missing attribute changes make it less than inviting.
Then I guess the changes are incomplete. Hopefully the next one fixes it
