I think I finally fixed it. I allowed the NG Regens Manager exe to have controlled folder access and it seems to be working now.

Hi, having an issue activating the profile after doing a successful scan. Keep getting the error shown in screenshot and cant figure out how to fix. Any advice would be helpful.
