theres a video tutorial on Mrtini23 skin download page. get it up and running and i can tell you how to change it, plus my tile transparency does change to less transparent when hovered over for ease of reading
hi, thanks for the comment, if you download the skinbuilder program then download my skinbuilder version of the skin you can go in and alter transparency and border settings
go to DOCUMENTS / FMSKINBUILDER / SKINS / TOTTENHAM SKIN / GRAPHICS / BASE PICTURE SET / BACKGROUNDS . Thats where the pics are stored so the new ones would have to replace my original ones like for like, use same file name, format and size ....

remove all transparency, change the values to 1 on both, you currently have 0.60 and 0.66
make sure you press SAVE in the top right after each change
