When starting a new save after the latest update of the game, i also had the problem of everything working except from Napoli and some spanish teams.I have been using the real name fix for many years and never had this problem before. Dont ask me why...
Same problem here. Tried downloading the complete pack again, but it still did not work. Also tried to remove the iconfaces and only leave the faces, but still no success .
