Hmm the only thing that I can think of - try to take that zbayern… folder out of “faces” subfolder and put it directly inside of “graphics” so it is on the same level as NGRegens folder. Because “faces” are alphabetcally before “NG"

If it shows you 3800, they they are 3800. I have no idea how many your save has, it is unique all the time, depends on your starting settings etc. If you dont see plastic fm faces, then it has worked and that is what matters

It depends on how many leagues have you loaded. For day 1 on 1 league loaded 3000 is plausible, but a bit on the low end. Is this a native FM26 save or is it migrated from FM24 or FM23?

Genearic staff is a coin flip if they work or not. There is no known to me way to get IDs of them or get to them in any meaningful way to troubleshoot.

rename your folder to start with “z”, folders are loaded in alphabetical oder, so going last means it will always be choosed as source over the rest in case of an ID collision

It is now automatically always Preserve, so that message is not needed anymore. Regarding the missing faces - if you check one or two IDs of the missing people - can you find them via Database tab on the profile page?

You crate separate Savegame profile in the software. 1 save = 1 profile. Then they are independent and you can switch between them with ease before you fire up FM.

Hi, probably simply got missed by the scanner, this happens. Especially with Staff that is not easily serchable or exportable from the game.There will be a major update to the software in the very near future that might improve things.

Hi, it is definately a FM glitch. If you are on 2.0.7 there is now a Deactivate button on the profile screen. Try to deactivate your profile, start FM, exit FM, activate the profile, start FM and see if that helps.
