you can with FMRTE it seems you cant with the IGE send me your save and the player you want to change -name /birthplace
sometimes adding the real fixtures cause the stages to vanish😉 I have added all the missing stages for you for these compsyou can now make the changes you wishif there are any further issues you need to report to SI
with FMRTE you can I am unsure with the IGE

I believe that is related to the work permit system and cant be edited in pre game editor as it seems to be hard coded you can use FMRTE to edit/remove it however if you want to

you can do it yourself in the editor read the FAQ thread if unsure
just edit the fixture file there is a FAQ thread here explains how to do change the substitutes I never recommend merging files ever it is fraught with danger
its been asked several times so no need to ask again, Dave will update it at his own pace read the FAQs here on how to do it yourself

players cant be added to the update here the options here is to edit players/staff/people already in the DB only you can however add any person who is missing from the DB yourself using the pre game editor if you want the player added...
sometimes files created in older versions of the DB go to crap when a new update comes out, I have had to redo many files made in the default DB that have bizarre issues in the Winter update due to changes SI have made also some files are fine in bas...
