I had this same problem (also in FM24), but you could go to Preferences, then General and on bottom is Change Profile Pictures. There you could choose your old (or even new) photo of your manager.I found this exactly now, so I don't checked yet if I need...
I understand, but I had hope that someone with better graphics skills could color this picture.

Ok, now i realised that I use editor file with lots of African players, so my fault. But by the way great will be if somebody could cut of this picture, then I could use this in my game 🙂

But Thailand jerseys in pack was from 2017 year because mourning for King (black and white), now for 2018 year Thailand back to traditional colors blue and red.
