Yeah, just strange that it's only the Dutch and French teams which do this. Also notice an absence of Dutch names in the Lnc, can give you those if you want.

I have. I have waited until a new period where the players got called on international duty, but it hasn't worked. Do I need to restart the entire game for it to work?
How do I fix this?
