24/25 Season Squad (Transfer Update DB)

''Grad Na Dravi'' has seen their local club see success only once in their 77 year old History and that's back in 1999, lifting the Cup after going 1:0 down in the 1H - vs Cibalia. Though they faced double yellow sent off in the 2H - 50'' & 67'' minute, Cibalia held the lead until Mitu scored in the 90'' to equalise and a late winner for Lasić in 97'' to take their First & only Trophy. It took NK Osijek another decade to play yet another Cup Final, in 2012 they've lost to Dinamo Zagreb 1:3. League wise, from Early 90s to today we've seen 10 top3 finished, that's including 2nd place finish behind DZG, which is the closest they got to becoming champions while sitting at the top for a good stint of the 20/21 season. While being managed by an ex player Nenad Bjelica who previously was at Dinamo and took them far in Europe seeing some success, recording some Historic Victories in UCL vs Atalanta 4:0, Benfica in UEL, Fenerbache etc. Aim of this is to sustain and rise the Club and City of Osijek, bring some joy to the Slavonia region. Knocking of the Pole position a club from it's capital of Croatia with Hajduk Split & NK Rijeka who have both seen some glory in both HNL and Cup as well some european reign. While we are yet to reach that level and have to chase that dream of being the best club with all our struggles.
