Thanks for the reply but I have sorted it now, I deleted the faces folder in graphics and then copied the zipped folder into graphics and extracted it there instead of copying everything in after and now it works

I cannot get the face packs to work in FM26, I am playing on PC gamepass, can anybody help please?
