Like i said. replace that picture. Problem is not from fmxml or skin. It's related to picture. Probably saved as 8bit png image instead of 32bit
Go to staff page. And then instert new column under general you will find unique ID
Sometimes, but after a while it becomes boring. I mean 15 questions every week(in game) is to much.
just replace that picture with new one. it hapened to me few times before.
Try changing your skin to default one
I know you can change it with FMRTE

You must change pictures (make them transparent) in boxes folder in your skin folder.
Updated to 1.3. If you already have 1.2 version you don't need to download this one (v1.3) cause there is no major bugs...
