Yeah, I have re-applied and for some reason the Napoli name was wrong. Started a new game and it was sorted.

Same here, mate. It was showing as normal, however, I just thought I'd have a look at the League Table and it's gone missing.
Fixed - Just advance the game to the first International Call-ups and it will sort itself out.
For some reason the German national team still has fake names for me. Any idea why? I've followed the instructions to the letter.
