Hi I have the new FM and have been given the Touch version free! How do i download this to my Ipad? In the app store it wants to charge £20 to download?

Hello I am in a game and moving up through the leagues with Tranmere but their U18's and U23's do not play in the league so im having to arrange friendlies every week to get them a game. Is there a way that they can join the league?
