I have done a reinstall of the gameIn the settings, I can only see the function"Show pictures of players and..."I don't have the function, "use pregererated pictures of players..." Why not that?

How do I remove silhouette images on unknown players / youth players?
Using the mega image pack but can't get faces on young players. In the editor I have changed them, but it does not work
I downloaded the 12 files, unzipped them and placed them in the folder as instructed.
It replaced the existing files.
But when I update and start the game, there are no changes.
