The goal is to take Spennymoor FC from non-league football to the Premier League — and eventually to the Champions League — by building something long-term and sustainable. The club will grow organically with a clear identity: only British players are allowed to represent the team, and no player over the age of 28 will be signed.
The focus is on development, patience, and unity. We are building a young, hungry squad that improves season after season, with the academy and smart scouting within the UK as the foundation. No shortcuts — only structure, discipline, and continuity.
