Found them. Seems they were saved in a different Sports Interactive folder
My game was linked to OneDrive but had issues with it and had to move all files to computer hard drive but seem to have lost my previous saves even though they are showing as being saved where the game is looking for them? Now found them but saved in here...

where do i save database updates like this? just downloaded a saudi one as well but no idea where it goes so I can use it! Thought I'd got it right but not showing up in editor data files
