Theoretically that could be the problem yes. But I'm still getting connected to a lot of seeders even with all trackers removed and only using peer exchange and DHT. That's a thing you could try as well.

No sure if you saw my edit. Make sure peer exchange is activated as well. Not quite sure what it's called in qBittorrent.
Hmm, what client are you using? You could try using another client to see if that helps.
For me the torrent was faster, at least at the time when I downloaded the file
Stop your torrent and do ha rehash, see if that helps

My guess is that it's because it's a better cut. If you have a look at a coloured background there's quite a lot of blue color left.
Update to 9.11 and reload (shift+r) in the game.
Just add this line to your config.xml and then reload in the game (shift+r)
