@mons I'd argue that the cut I uploaded should be used as the quality is better. Cut wise I'd say they're the same, but the source I've used seems to be better.

I believe there's a way to do it by default when creating your manager avatar, but I haven't been able to find out how.

It's in preferences -> Advanced and then Change profile Picture.

Hi, any tips for extraction speed? I extracted 6.5gb background pack for 20 minutes but for some reason Winrar says it needs 44 hours to extract the fullpack (13.5gb). Thanks!

As mons said, it usually lowers the time after a while. But a tip get the extraction to run faster is to extract from one drive to another, for example from C: to D: or vice versa.
