Working for me now, the previously published build wasn't working but this one is:

Not that I know, looks like the data update won't work properly until the download includes the changes.fmf file. Maybe if someone has an older build they could confirm that it is indeed missing in the latest.
No transfers work on the latest build as the changes.fmf file is missing for some reason:
