I am starting with Edinburgh City FC in the fourth tier of Scottish football with a 15 point deduction. The aim of the series is to attempt to overcome ECFC's financial difficulties, start to climb the Scottish leagues, become the best team in Edinburgh, and eventually the best in Scotland ... If I don't get sacked first!
I am aiming to go from an unemployed manager with no experience or qualifications to being one of the greats. I will be looking to climb the reputational ladder, gaining as many coaching badges and achievements as possible along the way.
