This depends on many factors, resolution, plugin scan time, skin, etc.I've been trying for 3 weeks to find ways to improve this without impacting the FPS in the menu, but it's been quite difficult. I hope to be able to improve all of this soon.
hi Deejilondon, In the configuration file there is a line called "MaxRowsPerScan", by default it comes with 50, change it to 100 and see if it improves.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 26\BepInEx\config and open com.fm26.playerattributesvisualizer.cfg change this option ‘’## Visualization mode: Dots, Bars or Bubble'' to whatever you want.
