When I get to 100% of the download it says 'network error'

never happened on FM 2017

wrong player and wrong team transferred from.
This team isn't Dag & Red in league 2, wasn't aware there was another. Anyhow I've edited it so he is now at the correct team
I can't manage anyone in Italy or Spain. The country isn't there to select when setting up a save, is this normal?
