Just a heads up Merthyr Town is missing from premier south config.xml had to add it manually.
Got this working again in latest patch. Have to mess about in editor with adding a team to an u18 league and altering amount of promoted/relegation slots in tiers 6-8. Bit of hassle but easy enough when u figure it out.
