The file should be extracted to this destination folder: Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2018\editor data (create if not exist).

I can see the 18.3 update is implemented now. But the FM2018 Data Update file is only at 27,33 kilobyte right now. When you download it, it doesn’t include all the transfers/loans made before the 18.3 update were implemented. Can this be fixed?
