Just to clarify things: The fmf file in the pack is called ‘FM24 ENG kits colours 23-24’ but that's probably a typo and the file is only meant for FM23, correct?
If you're someone who is not familiar with those kits and haven't used the site before you will assume that the pack indeed contains the kits for all 6 tiers, I don't really get why you're hating the guy as he is definitely right. The best solution would...

Doesn't work for me, when testing and creating competitions it says that a bunch of teams are missing in some leagues and I cannot proceed to test the file.
