I'm still playing FM24 & have noticed that the AC Milan & Inter team names have changed. Does anyone have a download to fix this? I originally downloaded the licence fix but i understand these teams weren't included.

I have downloaded the file, saved it in my graphics folder but there is no option to extract the files? Any advice?
