I mean the Data update doesn't work even though I've enabled it

I've downloaded the latest Data update from Sortitoutsi, but no transfers are there when I start a new game (this is the first time i try the Data update). The downloaded files are selected before I start, but it doesn't seem to help. Any ideas...
