What do I do after what is shown in the video? Right now I'm going to interface and tick the clear cache and reload skin option but it doesn't work.

Hi, I have around 10 players that I really want cut out faces for but they are not in the default database... I was hoping that there was anyone that could help me out with this and cut them out for me, would be much appreciated.
