could you please upload your "City, Club and Stadium Names" file? I did the right things but it still looks like "San Sebastian,Gelsenkirchen..."

can please anyone upload the "right" file for the spanish,and schalke etc.. team names for me? I did the things in the first post but it still "real san sebastian,gelsenkirchen..." anyone help?
