When I download the folder and unzip it to my documents - all that it extracts is a notepad instruction of the OP. Am I doing something wrong?

I can't get it to work, I've started two new games, the names of competitions have changed, (bundesliga, liga santander, Champions League and Europa League etc) however neither of the teams have changed. Soociedad are still Sebastien for example...
