As per attached my game is crashing when accessing scouting priorities. Also no players are being displayed even though i manually scouted some players. Crash dump attached as well

I was wondering why the Italian league in my save has not been updated to the new season.
As you can see from the images it is still showing last season's table and fixtures. Also when viewing a team it only shows the cup competions.
