Coutinho hit the bar and Ramsey had a goal disallowed.

Girouds chances were hard to be fair to him, had he not slipped hed have probably buried the one. Thought both teams were shit with the final ball
Based Jorge
He didn't slip he just fell over for no apparent reason. Özil, Cazorla & Alexis looked completely baffled as to what to do when there's no-one penetrating

On who?
The only remotely available striker is probably Higuain and he's awful.
Its the same problem we've got.
Based Jorge
I hate Higuain but we have to gamble. Giroud is a great back-up striker, Welbz is the second best option ffs.
I'd literally spunk 45m on Cavani and gamble Wenger being able to get him back to Napoli form
On a side note I just met Ian Wright and I'm absolutely buzzing
Ninja
I don't think Cavani's worth that nor available for that.
I'm leaning towards thinking Lukaku would be a good buy for both of us. Raw definitely, but as good as other options around and his physicality gives us both something we lack. If his technical game develops, and both LVG and Wenger would see to that I think, he'd be one of the worlds best.
I'd much rather him than Kane.

It's hard to remember because he's been around for forever but he's sill only 22, I reckon he'll be back playing for a big club again by the time he's 25.

Yeah but he scores for a team who plays the ball constantly in front of him. That wouldn't happen at City, Arsenal, Chelsea or United. His first touch is awful and he's yet to play back-to-goal really. It'd be a massive risk for any big team to buy him given that he hasn't shown the technical ability required to slot in. Chelsea getting 28m for him was daylight robbery.
Ninja
Similar players to him have moved to City and Liverpool this year I wouldn't say either are significantly better than him at the minute but the amount he'd cost, given how much Everton paid for him, is why its been Bony and Benteke that's moved instead of him.
I do agree with your assessment though, he needs to improve both those things - and his hold up play too - but to suggest he can't do that is just weird.
For arguments sake, we're going to be using Fellaini this season in the exact same role that Lukaku would be used if we signed him. I don't think Fellaini is technically much better nor as good a goalscorer, so I'd argue Lukaku would already give us more.
Based Jorge
It's different for us because we actually need a good footballer but can also finish. We need someone that offers something totally different than Giroud but isn't as anonymous as Walcott whilst not being as bad as Welbeck

Imagine paying £50m for Barkley/McCarthy/Stones/Coleman.
