We were together for about three months but there was an 'atmosphere' for far longer, didn't help that she was my ex's best friend at the time. Transitioning into seeing each other once on Skype a week is a little dispiriting.

After you've graduated Grade 12, depending on your birthday, you go into uni. My birthday isn't until December so my first 3 months of uni, I'm 17.

Its different all over aus. You will be a minimum of 18 starting uni if you Live in the Eastern states. I live in Western Australia though.

Uni semester 1 starts at the end of February here and semester 2 finishes in late October including exams. Its a similiarish dates for school expect it starts a bit earlier and finishes a bit later. You graduate high school at 17 here. Well except me who was 16. When I was younger they offered to 'keep' me back the year so I was with more people my age but I wasn't struggling academically so there was no need. Although that has come back to bite me in the ass when it comes to going out /0\

I just got unlucky with my late Birthday though. The majority of people will already be/turn 18 by first semester of uni. Pretty sure they have changed the system here though so that if your born after july in say 1998 you wont be in the same year as someone born in January of 1998.
