Help terminating a loan contract

Hi All, am just starting out a new game, and would like to terminate a loan players contract to free up some wages, however i cant seem to be able to? is this function no longer availible? or am i just missing it?
Any help would be appreciated

Players who moved on loan for a fee cannot have the loan terminated. If that is not the case, either or both of the clubs might have agreed on a 'no recall' clause.

Who are you with and whose loans are you trying to terminate?

Thanks for the reponse, i hadn't even considered that the club had paid a fee for the loan, and on closer inspection this is whats happened.

Looks like i'll have to ride the season out with the current squad

Im in the same situation, on fm26, playing with hamburg, and fabio vieira (from arsenal) loaned player, is with a wage of 95k Euros, and I need to terminate the loan
