What a start from Shelvey. Goal for Swansea and an assist for Liverpool.

I don't buy this Young is crap attitude. When he joined he showed us what he can do but he has been shit since. We don't even let him take set pieces so surely it is the way we use him that is a big issue?

He's muck. In good form at his very best he's a good enough squad player, thats it. £18m was a colossal waste of money.

I'd like to think people would hate him if he was good as well, but I'm not that naïve. At least football fans can band together in hatred for once.

Sturridge should have scored that header.

Good game so far

Get in Moses. Had a decent game so far. Another assist for Shelvey.

Sahko looking a tad dodgy

He does look like he doesn't know a word of English. Dived in a couple of times, but seems a lot better in the air than anything we have.

What a block from Skrtel.

Does Britton ever give the ball away? Maybe Jonjo can learn from him.

If Sturridge keeps this form up he might someday get up to the same level as Giroud.

Bloody hell.

He looked in pain after two similar aerial duels left him on the deck but I didn't know it was to such an extent.

I get what Rodgers is trying with playing it out the back and all that but sometimes it really pisses me off

Happy with 10 points from 4 games, but we need to work out why we're so poor in the second half of games.

Very very lucky to get a point. Non existent after 55 odd minutes. If that was on FM and if I was managing Swansea I'd have thrown the laptop out the window!! Not impressed with Sahko either. I know it was his first game, but Rodgers needs to tell him to settle down. Jumped in with some wild rash tackles for no reason whatsoever a few times.

I guess I'm an exception to that as he was the type of player I wanted to be.

Then again I always wanted to be a traffic warden or environmental health as well

Tbf full back can be the most fun position to play. Attacking from deep and often not being marked/tracked properly. Carragher is right though, every full back in England is a failed something else.

It can also be a nightmare when up against a quick winger. (I'm very slow)

Gary Neville was a centre back but was pushed out wide so it is right on the money there.

I always played full back and was my first position. For some reason I would get played upfront when short on strikers but my main position was always RB/LB

I caught a bit of that and was really disspointed with Carragher. Neville's been good because he doesn't approach everything from a United centric perspective whereas it still seems like Carragher is ex-Liverpool player first and pundit second.

Shame, I thought that Carragher would add something to the analysis on MNF but it seems like you get a few seconds of banter in return for losing minutes of interesting discussion about football.

Carragher says a Liverpool player is better. = Biased. Neville says a Man Utd player is better = outstanding punditry.

Neville's rubbish anyway. Came across as totally smug and smarky.

I think it is great that you tried to be edgy and went with the hipster approach.

Still wrong though.
