In all fairness, everyone knew that this would be the problem for Moyes. He's wasn't (imo) a big enough manager for the job and it has to be said that performances so far, especially in the bigger games where Fergie would expect nothing else than 100% have been very poor and proved this.
I really cannot see someone like Van Persie for example, having anywhere near the respect for Moyes like he did for Wenger and Fergie and this will show on the pitch.
