I'm still not convinced by Chelsea, reckon Mata is there only top class player and they can't rely on him every week. Hazard and Torres flatter to deceive imo. Time will tell I guess.

Do you actually think Hazard got three assists yesterday? A badly cleared corner leading to great volley isn't an assist ffs.

That pass was excellent though.

I'd say that it was worthy of a booking at least and needless given he'd already won us a free kick but Larsson deserved red for going Nigel de Jong on Ameobi's chest and a handball in the box (albiet not as bad as the one he got away with last season).

Next 45 should be interesting - so far Sunderland have not really given us too much trouble.

It says a lot for Sunderland that even with us having 10 men for an hour and having a lot of favourable refereeing decisions that it took a set-piece and unintentionally poor defending to get them something.

I feel a bit deflated we didn't win after taking the early lead but pretty pleased we avoided defeat.

Not a red. Ref was awful. Ba is Sunderland's 2nd highest scorer this season. Says it all really. Sunderland celebrating drawing 1-1 against 10 men at home like they've won the CL. Difference in class unbelievably obvious.

It was always gonna be a set-piece yeah, Sunderland were toothless from open play. Which is poor considering the amount of money they've spent.

Not sure about the sending off. Although it was stupid to give the ref a chance to send him off after the whistle had already gone, it wasn't two-footed nor did he dive in/follow through. Would have probably given him a yellow and a talking to.

I think Tiote was trying to pass the ball, and Colback was holding him back thus allowing Fletcher to get there first. Even so there was little to distinguish between Tiote's reckless, calculated challenge and Larsson's innocent studs up kick to Ameobi's chest.

That match was painful to watch, sick of seeing Osman & Neville as the centre mids it makes my fucking eyes bleed! Gibson & Fellaini hurry up and get back please.

Could we not appeal Pienaars second yellow? That was an absolutely ridiculous decision from the Ref.
