much better Miksa with this pack. your getting there. still a few we mistakes. heads need rotated so they face straight on. use free transform for that. and necks abit big use pen tool to go around the shirt and move it behind the players neck then crop. a few we gaps on players hair when viewed against white background zoom in to see those better and 1 or 2 on black had a touch of snow. but definitely much better!

I just had a quick question.

I remember downloading the AC MILAN pack a while ago, and i am 90% sure it had Matri and Kaka's new cuts done.
I deleted that pack before downloading the new updates, then notice their old cuts are in that new update.

Am i going crazy or is there a Milan pack floating around with those 2 cuts because i tried looking again only to find a MILAN pack without them both missing.

Thanks if anyone can answer that for me.

If anyone knows how to change the KAKA picture from JPG to PNG so that it reads it in the pack that would much appreciated.

EDIT: Done it online, might as well add it for anyone else needing it, again, thanks alot for your help.

I don't know why you are leaving so much gap above the heads,but please try to fill the 180x180 box with heads as much as you can.Also try to crop closer to the chin.

Sorry, I disagree mate.

In the last FM, SI auto cropped all images and we lost the bottom 2-3px. There's a trend at the moment of cutting everyone's chin's so very close to the edge of the frame we end up losing some chin and the faces look like they're popping out of some box.

For instance the third preview image above from pacouk's Sudtirol pack (sorry to pick on you pacouk, you were just the last to post) if we lose even 1px line off that his chin's going to look really weird.

I realise the thinking behind this trend is so that there's only a minimum amount of collar on display, but I'd rather have a year old collar than half a chin.

I think polyk's trim at the bottom is just about right, although it's at the limit, and I agree the top of the head should be at the top of the frame. Just my thoughts.

I disagree Rowan, images should have as much head in as possible, I've no interest in what someone's neck looks like, paco's cuts are perfect and it's how I do every image. I've also never seen any image I've cut lose his chin, not sure what resolution that might happen in, but all images get reduced to an equal size in the default skin, so shouldn't lose any of the image. SSP gets some massive images to cut and not cropping the images properly wastes the quality of the original image size, some recent packs cut from big sources aren't improvements imo because of too much neck
