Right. I have Pre-ordered FM14 through sortitout and have been playing the beta ever since. However I have not been sent a code to update to the full game and my fm14 still says beta at the bottom. Now I have emailed a whole load of people and messaged everyone that has been suggested but the only person to get back to me so far is someone from sigames. he tried to help but there was not much he could do. all weekend I have been trying to get this sorted. NEXWAY has taken £29.99 out of my paypal and has not sent me anything in return. All I want to do is play the game.
Please please please someone help me out here. it would help if nexway replied...

You PM'd me already about this already didn't you and I explained that it's already in the email that you say you've deleted. There's not alot I can do, although I will contact Nexway to ask why you haven't had a response. I'm presuming you don't have any of the emails, such as the invoice number or receipt, in which case can you PM me the paypal address and transaction ID from your transaction with Nexway and I will contact Nexway in your behalf and demand a faster response

Exactly the same has happened to me, I can't find the email of my purchase but have a paypal transaction from nexway for the game, I only have the option to 'purchase' the game not play it
