By the way, on a completely objective note, this title race is as exciting as fuck. United started poorly, City and Chelsea faltered after it looked like they'd get going and I guess it was our turn to fuck up today. Liverpool still look dangerous as well, although they have bigger tests to come. Spurs should get better as the season goes on. Also, Southampton and Everton are looking to be big spanners in the works.

This also makes me nervous as I feel this is our best chance of winning the league for years as City, United and Chelsea will all have gotten their shit together by 2014/15.

He said the referee got some major decisions wrong, didn't he?

He's right, in fairness. How we didn't get a penalty, Jones got booked, they got a corner for no reason and Giroud got away with about 30,000 fouls without being booked I don't know.

Yeah, because Ferguson was famous for never criticizing referees and Moyes never does it either. Pretty much all Premier League managers do it.

He's talking out his arse, but - shock horror - pretty much every Premier League manager does it, so why complain like this is a rare occurence?

Sir Alex would slag off referees if United lost regardless of whether the decision is right. You're a hypocrite if you criticize Wenger for doing the exact same thing as your previous manager, you current manager and pretty much every manager in the league.

Of course its normal to criticise a referee when you think he got a decision wrong, even if he got it right.

But in this case nobody knows what decision Wenger is talking about. There was literally no major decision the referee had to make (except the penalty, which went Asenal's way).

Whatever he's said, he's probably just deflecting criticism from his side. All managers do it, even if it seems absurd.

Hmmm, not so sure. It doesn't make a lot of sense from Fulham's POV to appoint a manger when they've already got one. Why not just sack Jol and have done with it? rather than delaying the inevitable and slipping further towards relegation.

Fulham don't have a manager. Jol is a Head Coach as is Rene
